3. Vegan Tofu Scramble
High protein and delicious! We can gaurantee this will be your new go-to vegan-keto breakfast for the next month. For an extra eggy flavour we've included black salt, aka Kala Namak.

Ingredients
8oz Extra Firm Tofu
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
Splash of nut milk (Unsweetened)
Method
Use fork to crumble tofu into pieces
Add coconut oil to medium-heat skillet, once hot add tofu and spices
Stir until well combined for 5-10 minutes over medium-high heat
Serve with Avocado for an extra delicous fat boost!
2. Peanut Butter & Chocolate Noatmeal
It's 6am and you're craving a warm bowl of oatmeal but you know that starchy bowl of goodness is going to kick you straight out of ketosis faster than you can say intermittent fasting, what do you do? Well thankfully you can have your oats and eat them to, except they're not going to be oats.

Ingredients
1/4 cup hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp plant-based protein powder (preferably chocolate)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp natural peanut butter
1 tsp raw cocoa powder
Pecans to top (optional)
Method
Mix all ingredients in bowl thoroughly (except protein, peanut butter and cocoa) and microwave for 1.5 minutes
Remove from microwave and stir in peanut butter, cocoa and protein powder
Enjoy!
1. Baked Tofu Fries
If you're feeling naughty instead of reaching for the packet of chips try these baked tofu fries. The best thing is they'll keep you ketogenic and give you a good dose of your daily protein. Ge guarantee they will turn any tofu-hater around.

Ingredients
15.5 ounces extra firm tofu drained and pressed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix olive oil and all the herbs and spices.
Slice tofu into long strips, about 1/4 - 1/2" thick. Coat with marinade.
Place strips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Flip, and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.
